Ceylon Cinnamon sticks are sorted, graded and cut into requested custom sizes and packaged into food grade cartons of 25 kg. Cut sizes: 3”, 5”, .etc (As per customer requirement).
Cinnamon Cinnamon Sticks can be graded in to different sectors based on its diameter, color, texture, and flavors. Accordingly, the thinner the quills are the higher its value. The following are the available cinnamon grades from the highest value to the lowest.
- Alba – 6mm
- C5 extra special – 8mm
- C5 special – 10mm
- C5 – 12mm
- C4 – 16mm
- M5 – 18mm
- M4 – 21mm
- H1 – 23mm
- H2 – 25mm
